
These overnight oats are easy to prep and can eat on the go. These overnight oats are not only healthy but creamy and satisfy dessert like cravings for breakfast or even a snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 Tsp chia seed
- 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Start with mashing up half of 1 (ripe) banana and add Your rolled oats, Almond milk, Greek Yogurt, Vanilla extract, salt, Chia seeds, cinnamon and honey or maple syrup in a mason jar or any cup (make sure u can seal it)
2. Then, mix all the ingredients and top with half of the leftover banana (sliced) and walnuts
3 Refridgerate overnight or for at least 3 hours before eating
NOTE:
- You can store overnight oats up to about 5 days. Which is great for meal prepping breakfast time
- One thing about overnight oats is that you can top it with anything, like fruit, nuts, chocolate, nut butters, spices, and more!
- You can substitute the almond milk for regular milk or water, but as for the water, it won’t be as creamy
