Cheese Danish

With few ingredients you can make this flaky and amazing cheese Danish. These are perfect for a snack or even for breakfast.

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium sized bowl, beat together Cream Cheese, sugar, Salt, and Vanilla extract until Smooth. Unroll Your Puff Pastry On a flat Surface and try to cut it into 6 ‘equally’ sized squares. then Place it on the baking sheet.
  2. Fill a Pipping bag or Zip lock with the mixture and Pipe a line in the center of each Puff Pastry, leave. about 1/2 an inch border around. In a small bowl whisk together the egg and with a Pastry brush, Brush the egg wash on the edges of the Pastry. Bake for 10-14 minutes or until edges are golden brown and Puffed. (Cool slightly before Serving)
