Delicious and healthy overnight oats, These overnight oats are great for on the go or if you want a sweet breakfast. The great thing about these oats is that they have a full serving of vegetables at breakfast!

  1. Shred your carrots and set it to the side. Then, in a jar or container, add your oats, almond milk, vanilla Greek yogurt,chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, salt, and mix
  2. Then add your shredded carrots, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and stir, then cover anf refrigerate overnight
