
Delicious and healthy overnight oats, These overnight oats are great for on the go or if you want a sweet breakfast. The great thing about these oats is that they have a full serving of vegetables at breakfast!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup almond milk (any milk of your choice)
- 2 TBSP vanilla
- 1 Tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- Chopped Walnuts (as much as you like)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Shred your carrots and set it to the side. Then, in a jar or container, add your oats, almond milk, vanilla Greek yogurt,chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, salt, and mix
- Then add your shredded carrots, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and stir, then cover anf refrigerate overnight
Note & Tips:
- You can top it with anything like rasins, walnuts, and more
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before eating (overnight is preferred)
- Can last up to 4-5 days in the refrigerator
