
Ingredients:
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup chopped Walnuts
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate Chips/ chocolate chunks
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:
1. Pre heat oven at 325 F and in a large bowl add Your oats, Walnuts, Pumpkin seeds, Cinnamon, Salt, Chocolat Chips, Chia seeds, shredded coconut (optional), and mix.
2. Then add honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract and combine all ingredients until it becomes a “sticky” mixture & all.
3. In a 9×9 baking pan grease and add Parchment Paper. Then, pour your mixture and press down, bake for 20-25 minutes for Chewy bars or 30-35 min for crunchy bars. when the edges barly turn brown there ready. Let cool for 1-2 hours at room temperature and place them in the fridge for 1 hour so they can firm up. Once done, take out and slice.
Note & tip:
- Make sure the mixture is pressed well in the pan so they stick together properly
