
Some of us are usually busy in the morning. It’s nice to have a ready to go, simple, and light breakfast you can eat.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cup oats
- 2/3 cup almond milk (any milk would work)
- 1 Tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp chia seeds
- 1 to 2 tbsp of honey (or maple syrup)
- Chopped strawberries (as much as you’d like)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a container, add your oats, almond milk, vanilla Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and mix. When it’s all combined, add half of your strawberries and mix again.
- Top with the rest of the strawberries and other toppings of choice. (granola, almonds, walnuts, drizzle of honey, ect) put on the fridge overnight for best results.
Notes & Tips:
- After adding 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup, make sure to taste It if it needs more
- You can keep in the fridge for at least 4 hours it’s best overnight!
