
These peach dumplings are so easy to make you might even have all the ingredients at home ! They’re gooey but still crispy on top and really delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of peaches (13 ounces)
- 2 cans (8 count) crescent rolls
- 2 sticks melted butter (1 cup)
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 can lime soda (8 ounces) or 1 cup to 1 1/2 cup
Soda-
You can use any soda, but it must be lime soda, for example, Sprite, 7-Up, squirt, Sierra mist, or even club soda!
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 13×9 inch dish
- Open a tube of Crescent roll and divide them into triangles. Then open, drain the Peaches and add them into a bowl and sprinkle cinnamon and mix
- Place two peach slices on the wider end of the triangle and roll with the Peach Slice forward, then connect the ends of both SIDES. Repeat until all peaches and dough are used.
4. Place “dumplings into greased dish Then melt Your butter in microwave Once melted add Your light brown sugar and stir then add vanilla extract and stir again. Pour over dumplings (Should Cover the bottom of dish) and Pour lime soda around edges and corners. (not on top of the dumplings) bake for 35 min or until tops are puffy, golden brown, and till it boils
