Pineapple upside-down cake.

A simple and sweet holiday dessert that will wow people. What’s great about this dessert is that not only can you serve it in holidays but it’s also perfect at any time. Now, let’s get started!

Note: Cool for at least 20 to 25 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate. If any of the pineapple is stuck on the pan, gently scrape it and put it on top of the cake. You can serve it warm but best at room temperature!

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F, then start your topping. melt your butter and add your brown sugar in the same cup, then mix and melt it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. After that, add it to your semi greased pan (spray it with cooking spay) and place your Pinapple slices and maraschino cherries
    • I’m a large bowl mixing your butter, eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, and mix. Then, add you milk, pineapple juice, vanilla extract, pineapple extract, and mix. Once all is mixed, add you AP flour, baking powder cinnamon, and salt, then mix till all is well combined.
    • Add the batter into the pan and bake at 350 F for 45- 50 min or until the toothpick comes out clean.
