This recipe has my family asking for more. I’ve tried other recipes, but this one is just so good. I added walnuts to my recipe for a crunch, but of course, you can add anything you’d like, like chocolate or a combination of walnuts and chocolate and more. Now, let’s get started!
INGREDIENTS :
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 Tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinches of salt
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup AP flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup of walnuts
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350 F
- In a large bowl combine your bananas, sugar, and salt and mix
- In the same beat in the eggs, butter, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and mix again
- Add your flour in the bowl with baking soda, and cinnamon gently mix. (DO NOT OVER MIX OR THE LOAF WILL COME OUT GUMMY ) Add walnuts and fold batter.
- Spray a bread pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper
- Pour batter into the pan and add some walnuts on top, then sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on top of the loaf
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean.
